My new logo featuring a stylized Huky!
« on: April 04, 2016, 05:53:48 PM »
Hi all,

I'll be selling Huky-roasted beans at my local farmer's market this summer, and I just had a custom logo made for my little enterprise. I thought you might like to see, as it incorporates a stylized version of my Huky  8)

Pretty sweet, I like it. Did you design it yourself?

That's cute!
Are you using a rubber stamp or labels?

It is lovely!

I would really like to see how you apply it. Are you going to print it on materials, or stickers?

Best of luck

Thanks all! Thusband, the AMDG is an acronym for the Latin motto Ad Majorem Dei Gloria, which was the motto of St. Ignatius and translates to For the greater glory of God.

The stamp is a great idea. I will definitely explore that option.  Right now I have brown kraft bags that I'm thinking of putting clear labels on, which would be somewhat like a stamp. But a stamp may be better. Going to look around at prices.

The design was created by an artist on 99Designs.

I once tried Etsy for stamps, you can find very creative people out there who can make it really work for you.

I tried using a stamp I ordered online (about $65).  I couldn't get an even impression on kraft paper bags without putting something inside the bags to keep them open and flat, but I ended up doing labels instead.
